Shimano Carbon V Brake Booster

I have a Shimano Carbon V Brake Booster that I want to fit but do not have any of the washers/spacers that it would have originally come with...
...ok....so the washers and screws I just source decent replacements....but it originally would have come with 2 "Tophat" washers....what were these and where were they intended to be fitted ?....and what would be a suitable replacement ?

Rampage has kindly supplied me with the following helpful information:

"All washers are 18mm diameter. The two standard looking washers are just plain washers. The thickness's are: 4mm & 2mm.
The top hat is 8mm."

Now I just need to figure out what order they go in....and if possible suitable replacement/substitute parts

the top hat washer goes under the booster and the narrow part presses against the v brake bearing surface.....the other washer goes on the outer edge....that is how I have my two anyway

you can use the mounting kit from any booster I reckon.....eccept the tektro ones.....

That's correct. The top hat washer is/was used to provide clearance between the booster and the linkage on XT and XTR Vs.
