Looks like an 8 speed only freehub to me, unless I'm mistaken. I take it the tyres are clinchers?

This is a great set of wheels at a great price. Unfortunately I just bought two sets for myself!
A clincher (same price as here) and tubular one.
Otherwise I'd have snapped these.
