Specialised FSR s works DS

my dad has a specialised FSR s works dual slalom bike in his shed which he’s had for years. I can’t find anything about it anywhere or the potential value of it now. All we know is it was specially made for Shaun Palmer and only a tiny amount produced. Just wondered if any one on here knew anymore?

here's mine, I don't think they ever made it any other year, so if it's the same as mine this picture may help. It was produced as a frame only in 2000. Palmer did ride it and I can show you a few pictures I have collected of him using it in addition to the team DH that he normally rode. When I get home I can scan the 2000 catalog page which includes it as well if you're interested.

Hey everyone. I'm looking for recommendations to what replacement shocks are suitable for my 1998 DS. I've had the frame in storage for a long time and recently took it out. The old shock shaft is rusted, and as far as I was able to ascertain, it supposedly measures 140mm eye-to-eye and seems to have a 35mm stroke. I've not been able to find anything of similar dimensions. Closest I've been able to are the ones from SR Suntour which are 152 x 31. Will that model of shock work? I'm only intending to rebuild the bike as a pavement cruiser.
