SRAM Esp 900 and shimano mech compatibilty?

Are the below shifters (circa 1997) marked ESP 900-11 and ESP 900-81, 24sp, compatible with Shimano mechs?


Do they have 1:1 pull ratio, has anyone has sucess with them on Shimano groupo's?
