suggestions for swapping out stem on 92 Kona Explosif?

I'd like a stem with a more upward angle and shorter ( shorter as in jetting out forward - not height).

Are there vintage kona stems like this?

If not, can anyone suggest a similar vintage quill stem with cable routers?

I definitely don't want the bar any lower than it is now - it's pushing it as it is.
