The decals under the lacquer is defo original, the team sponsors are just add ons which is what every1 did. I’m thinking 2001 F500.

if you look on vintagecannondale.com the 01' f500 was yellow and looks a bit different. I've looked through 8 different catalogues there isn't a Cannondale that looks quite like it
