Trax TFS.1D

MarkS

Old School Hero
No wheels, but everything else seems in tact.

Selling on behalf of a neighbour, history unknown more or less, but the bike was only used on the road, not on any trails

Twist shift grips, full suspension, 3 chain rings on the front

Might do for spares, or for anyone who has a spare set of wheels

Make me an offer, might say yes lol

I don't want to be harsh and I think jimo above was also trying to say that this isn't really worth selling.

There is nothing wrong with a bike like this, hey any bike that gets a person outside doing exercise in our great outdoors can't be a bad thing. Problem is that this is a cheap and cheerful bike which is likely to be heavy and despite having suspension it's unlikely to offer much performance.

Best thing you/ your neighbour can do is offer it to a local bicycle recycling charity to get rolling again and sell on for a few quid to help their cause.

Hope this helps :)

Indeed, and the fact that you should really put a price in your advert.
Or put it on eBay or local Gumtree.

Fair comments everyone.

I didn't take offence at anyone's thoughts - if anything, my naivety should have made me ask for your advice, before offering it. And the fact I know a little about road bikes, but nothing about mountain bikes.

Thanks everyone, much appreciated
