Avoid the modern Zoom forks, unless you like poorly made pogo sticks.
The old quill stems, bars and seat-posts are well made functional bits of kit though, and the stems especially are still available as NOS at very good prices.
Zoom finishing kit was specced on high end KHS bikes in the early 1990s, including the $2500 top-of-the-range Montana Team. The older parts are very light and nice looking in a no-nonsense way.
Agreed with everything above...and yes, all my mates had Zoom stems back in the day!
The only real (minor) problem I've had is that water can sometimes seep in to the recess where the quill bolt lives but a bit of grease solves that...and drying your bike a bit after riding in the rain
