Got this recently, Elswick Hopper Tahiti. The only markings on the frame are;
Seat-tube: 33722 T

and
Bottom Bracket: 9JL

It has a little valve on the BB shell that I assume is for regreasing without dismantling.

And it has stranged shaped drop outs,

It has 120mm dropouts so I think its a single speed frame, or it had a internal hub, but there's no cable guides anywhere, not even for brakes and it has a Cottered bottom bracket.

Going to restore the paint and stickers, and build up with SR parts.

Built up with spares at the moment;

Sugino Crank
Van Schothorst Rims
Maillard Hubs
ITM Bars and Stem
Brookes Saddle

Got this build nearly finished now. All that's left is, I need a rear brake cable and new cotter pins. Then I need to respray the chainguard, and consider a respray of the whole frame.
