Ta da !. These are the full 560mm width. They do however have crimping at the ends where bar ends were fitted by a previous owner. Please see pictured attsched. Let me know if they are of interest.

Looks like a 1988 model. There was at least two versions that year to my knowledge. The version above with colour matched riser bars and forks. Then the version I have with black forks and a flat bar. I've also see the version above with black forks (Palisades Trail) which is why I say perhaps...
