I have these for sale. I've serviced the front hub with new bearing and axle kit. The rear didn't need it (smooth). Versatile set of wheels, some marks etc.. The rims hadn't been used with vbrakes when got them and I converted to discs a few weeks later so only about 50 miles of rim brake...

Yes you can, the long seat post is 400mm long 27mm dia. The LX Shifters are 3 x 8 speed. The rear derailleur is a Ultegra 6700 9 speed. Regards
