Needed new seat, brifters (someone has removed the brake levers from them) cables, and grips.

I belive it was but nothing was ever confirmed, it had 2 frame numbers, 1 being a 1990 sbdu frame number and another frame number, so was highly likely a mtrax 1000 frame, that had been a warranty claim for a failed dynatech
