Hi,

I have this for sale

552f4ac8.jpg

I was led to believe when I bought it that it was a Basso that had been resprayed as a Rourke. On looking on the net I have found this http://velospace.org/forums/discussion/ ... ery-frame/ which looks very much like the one i have. Which if it is, looks like it is one of the very first Carbon frames to be produced, so you could grab yourself a piece of history. I have also seen Peugeots which look very similar so i suppose it could be one of those.

Centre of the BB to the top is 52cm, head tube is 53cm from centre to centre. Paintwork is not bad, however it would be best to strip back and get repainted/badged correctly.

The frame rode really nice however was too small for me really so it has to go.

I was thinking £250 posted, which is miles to much, now thinking £125 however if you want to make me an offer feel free. I move in 5 weeks and dont really want to be taking this with me.

Loads of pics on here http://s1132.photobucket.com/albums/m56 ... e%20Frame/

Cheers
Craig

Your frame was made in maine USA by Aegis , their frames were sold as Basso and Ironhorse among others

Yes latman i read that. It looks like they also made the first carbon Trek's so a very good pedigre frame.

Its a really nice looking frame, just too small for me.

Cheers
