Disappointed the bike hasn't found a new home as I've to have got an RTS myself that needs to be moved along.
Mines from the same era, also have the manuals and completely original it's not in as good condition as it has it unfortunately been scratched during moves and storage and has had to live outside in a shed but it done even less miles than yours, I don't even think it had covered 100 miles.
Mine does, however, have a problem and that is the chainstay is cracked although I have sourced a replacement.
Seems I might have to be breaking rather than selling as a whole - good luck with the sale.
