Headset Request - threadless

Hi, I'm after a threadless headset for my Mtn bike.

Ideally, one which requires as little maintenance as possible and so I guess an integrated/sealed one if anyone can recommend one? Thx.

Silver or light blue/turquoise.

Yea, that 1080 looks fine.

Is it worth getting the integrated/sealed type over the standard? I heard the former can cause more wear to the frame?
