Help working out year of Orange Clockwork

Could anybody date this frame for me please? I read some other posts and came to conclusion of either 90 or 93 but I haven’t got a clue if I’m honest Would a cable be routed above the BB in 93?

I think the number reads A309A0628

Cable normally wouldn't, 92 was the last year of that iirc, 1993 had gone pully wheel and top tube routing, starting with the late 92 made frames iirc.

Yeah I think that's one of the funny serial numbers 'A3', 0 (for 1990), 9 (Sept), A

So 1991 model (target year)

That is a literal translation assuming it was played out like that, not sure if it was fixed. The 9 might not mean that.

The groupset matches matches with the age, I think that could be OK stamped on the crank are meaning Nov 1990 made arm.

It does say OK on the inside of the crank arm.
