Mantis Pro Floater (but it's a Nishiki I think).

It looked like a Pro Floater, but the single pivot rear end had me worried. So after some research, I think it's a Nishiki FS-4. Am I right?

The same bike was for sale on Pinkbike in 2010 for $2000. Bike was in Oregon then , now in Idaho. The only change is the stem .
