Looking at the SB frame number you have a very early 1986 frame, the other number 74845 is interesting, is there a dot and what's the letter after the letter N, can you post a better picture.

Greatly apreciated. The other number is 74845.MB so yes a dot and im pretty sure its an M and not N.

86 would be late for 531 Special Lightweight tubeset though wouldn't it ?

I had an 83 Holdsworth Pro that was Professional . I'd have thought that if Holdsworth had 531 Pro in 83 , Raleigh certainly would have .
The decal on the op's frame appears to be an SL decal .
