Retro Parts needed - PROTAPER/DEEMAX/MANITOU/SPECIALIZED

I am looking for a few items to complete my retro build. Can anyone help me please.

1) A pair of the original Protaper DH bars in either gold or black. The bars are from around 1997/98/99.

2) Specialized Team Master and or Control DH Tires

3) Early Model Mavic Deemax rims, hubs or complete wheels front or rear

4) Integrated stem for manitou Xvert carbon forks

I will pay top money for them.

I have some of the original pro-tapers BUT they aren't really useable as theres a gouge underneath the bar from where I cack-handedly tried to squeeze them into a stem without a removeable face plate. They've also been cut down to around 25.5" I think. HOWEVER you can have them for the price of postage if they're any use.
