Rims for rim brakes (26").

Since disc brakes have taken over the world of MTBs it has become more and more difficult to find good quality rims for our vintage bikes.
Mavic seems to only have the non-eyeleted XM117 now.
The last proper rims I bought were Mavic XC717.
Does anyone make a proper eyeleted rim these days (26" for rim brakes) ?

Last time I bought some new rims to replace my worn out Mavics I went for Mach 1 Nitros.

I've been really impressed with them so far - not the lightest, but they seem well made and give good braking without showing signs of wearing much.

Having a look, they do not seem as widely available now, though some places still stock them
e.g. https://www.singlespeedshop.com/Single- ... anguage=en

but it's worth checking out whether they make any other rim brake specific models.

right, I was lucky enough to get a pair of silver XC717 and still have a pair of D521, but it is not easy to find nice and cheap rims (except evil bay with some expenseve offers)
