I think you're right Bob , Italia with brazings . The number will give us the year .
It has 2 sets of bottle cage brazings which would be fairly unusual for the mid 70's

I love that sort of fork crown and lug pattern. I think the Italia standard has different lugs. A lovely frame whatever it is. Is it yours now

The head lugs are certainly cut differently in the 74 brochure .
The stays , the crown , cantis , black and not badly beaten .
Just 27" and tt length that could go against it .

Took off the Maes Stratalite which i found too narrow and swapped with a set of GB Touring bend.Went for a test ride and they were so much better.
