Excellent we had a 1959 mk1 grantura , 1979 3000m and a 4.0HC Chimp

We brought some winter tyres for the wife's car a few months back and the chap we got them from was building a Chimaera chassis with a wide body ex racing body M (proper flared arches) and with a E36 M3 Evo engine and 6 speed box. Amazing track day weapon

lurvely. had a Tasmin 350i many years back that was about as reliable as a chocolate fireguard and then had a Griffith500 that had been bored to a 5.2 litre mean machine. It had been built on a Monday not a friday and went like a rocket. Sadly it was sold after many years of happy ownership when I bought a house. A few years back I looked to find a Tuscan 2 full drop top in black, found one but failed to agree a price, then drove a 911 C4S and bought that. The 911 had more problems than my original 350i which surprised me, German engineering my ar$e. Looks good sir, take good care of it, dying breed.

I used to have a Chimaera, with the V8 noise it was fun even pootling along.
