1" quill stem

Looking for a black ControlTech stem, 1" quill with noodle for brakes.

10º rise, 135 length would be good but open to options...

Ive a pair of them but not quite what you are after, both black and what looks like 10 degree, but from memory they are 150mm.....I would need to meadure....and dont have a noodle (I dont remember any CT ones having one?). Ive an over the steerer in the headset hanger thing that could go with them though.

Problem is neither have the top cap or chamfered expander wedge that sits on the expander bolt, so you would need one from another stem, and CT ones are a funny angle so using a standard one means the two chanfrred faces dont sit flush. I dont suppose it matters when in the steerer and I ran one without issue, but it would bother some people.

One is decalled Control Tech and the other is the older branded Control Stem, which suits oldrr bikes better.....

Either decal is fine, but does need to have the noodle [they did do them as I have a couple myself] and 150mm is too long unfortunately.

So sadly, whilst thanking you for the offer, I will have to decline...

Hello,

Have x2 Control Tech Stems.
1” inch quill ,
135mm (tbc) ,
zero degree rise,
black.

One has a double bolt removable front bar clamp.
The other is a single bolt pinch style bar clamp.

Condition used (by myself & my Dad) during mid 90s
Comes in original box.
Can do images if of interest?
Price £65

65 quid for a CT stem is waaaaaay over my budget though I'm afraid - box or no box!

No cable guide...fairly sure the rubber ‘control tech’ branded bung is prob. no longer here.

Price: £28.72 (this price includes postage. can send in jiffy envelope bag 2nd Class Royal Mail)

Posting it it's original cardboard box is + £5 to the postage cost :roll: !
