My late uncles pioneer elite. UK model, saddle slammed for Jo to try.

The geometry on these is pretty close to modern gravel bike. L-size Elite has maybe 1° more head angle, 5-10mm shorter wheel base and 5-10mm longer chainstays.
Was Raleigh one of the first to make canti bikes with that sloping top tube geometry?

I don't know, my uncle bought his from Halfords. They had to order it specially.

Need to do a 8/9/10 spd conversion on one of these hubs and then build the wheels


Have anyone here bought a replacement freehub body for Sora fh-3300 or similar hub? The original parts number for fh-3300/4400/5500 is Y-32X 98040, fh-m750 and fh-6500 take also a similar freehubs. Would this hub body work Y-3D398070? It has the same ridge/relief after the base and more height. The Y3E098050 could also fit?
