Deffo beware of sandal folk But, this has a great saddle and looks to be inexternally brazed (a thing Peugeot/MBK did where the braze “glue” is on the inside of the tubes giving an almost magical join when looked at from the outside). The tubing is prolly hi ten, but the rims look alloy. If it was near me I’d take a punt.
