anti chainsuck plate… for DeKerf

Looking for an anti chainsuck plate that would bolt into the two holes underneath my DeKerf chainstay.

I'm guessing it's similar to this on a RM Equipe frame? Is this a common universal plate I can obtain or do I need something special?

I'd also be interested in the answer on the DeKerf anti-chainsuck plate - generic? If so, where from? If not generic, are they easy to make?

I've got a box of them here. Perhaps the simplest way to get some over there is to use our new UK Imported. I can package some up and send them over.
