Can Someone help to identify this elevated chainstay frame please?:)

Hi, I'd like to ask for help. I've managed to get an elevated chainstay frame, but got no guess, who made it and when. I've been searching for it for a long time, but never found any like it. It was built of aluminium, have strange cable stoppers and a hidden wirecable route for the rear brake in the top tube. The BB is Italian threaded, and the headtube is 1". Thanks for any help!

Yepp, that is my frame, but it was in really poor and damaged condition. Couldn’t leave it and had to give it a new life

Update: I just get a bad quality photo of a Pinarello MTB (non-estay) with the same strange cable stoppers.. looks like I have to continue the investigation on the Italian manufacturers line.. Poor me
