Can you please give the length of the seat tube from centre of bottom bracket shell to top of seat tube? Also the length of the top tube measured along the tube and from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube?

It's a 1991 frame.

ok.... i can't measure or date properly, my apologies.
from the centre of the bb to the top of the seat tube is 17"
from the seat tube to the headstock is 21"
