Moser Bike: Can anybody help?

Hi, I am trying to identify the model and year of this bike which is in good nick.

It has the moser M cut out on the bottom bracket shell and has the number 73. It also has half chromed rear seat and chain stays. I have tried to find a similar one on the net without success. It looks early 80's to me, but I am no expert.

I guess teh bike is from late 70, early 80's. There is still one bottle cage mounting possible. However the bike is not equipped with the original parts they are era OK for this time. The number 73 is probably the degress of the geometrie for the bottombracket.
