Its simply the "Race / road bike" version so to speak of the normal Ringle Holeys.

It is, but the odd bit is the fact that it’s a seat QR. Not many road bikes use those. They sold the wheel QRs as ultralight/road but I don’t ever remember the QR being sold.

I dont know ... I just have a full set of those in purple as well. Came with a Merlin Titanium road bike
