There are some faint marks from seat collar, and some marks on the rear (see photos), I don't know how they were made but this was on one of my kids race bike for a couple of years so probably from the bike being leaned against a railing...
Full length, I can't remember what these were marketed as but is 350mm from saddle rail to end, and includes 27 and 31.6 shims.
