parcels2go or senditnow are both good

Both of the above.

I've received two whole bikes in recent months (21" framed ones at that  ) for no more that £14.99 posted which is pretty good, especially as neither have threatened to charge the "200 miles north of Glasgow" surcharge

[Funny how it doesn't cost any more to send items from here to Kent/Cornwall :? .....but that's another debate  ]

Frames have been sent for under a tenner :D

Careful on the length. . . I've had to cut a couple of bole boxes down to get them under the limit..

I use interparcel.com if home delivery network are in your are they are cheap

senditnow.com
their 48hr is £10.99 and £50 compensation, can be increased to something silly like £2000 for an extra £1

But!
Their next day by noon is £12.99 and includes compensation up to £200!
So that is like £11.99 for the 48hr with increased compensation, or just £1 more @ £12.99 for next day by noon with already £200 compensation.

You just can't beat that!
I used them for a frame and it was a parcel force van turned up to collect it.

I'd use them everytime going by mine and others experience.
