Tidied the workshop and felt I’d better fit a few parts before I misplace them 😂 Updates continuing the 1995 XTR theme… RD-M910 rear mech Expensive brake pads, but they sure do look nice 🤩 And finally the STIs - ST-M910 complete with all the correct rubber covers👍 Also fitted a...

    Trek 830 Antelope 1991

I had one of these briefly a few years back, also slightly faded on one side! 🤔 https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/1991-14-5%E2%80%9D-trek-830.437267/ Good friend of mine had one bitd, also got stolen! :(

Decals don't look original to me, and it looks to have parts from a mix of years from about '91 to '94/'95. I'm struggling to match that colour of paint to a model too... The frame number would give clarity on year.

    '95-ish Giant ATX 780 - Refresh

I'm not familiar with this particular model of ATX, but have to say it's giving Specialized Stumpjumper vibes - which isn't a bad thing!

    Giant MCM Team

Small update: Rim decals were in very poor condition, faded and lifting. Fortunately I had a matching rim with a decent decal, so a few emails back and forth with Gil at retro decals and he produced me a new set. The old set were a sod to remove but I’m pleased with the result having fitted...

What's happened to all the "stuff"

A whole lot of this! Problem is I didn't know at the time that I would need the part in the future, but selling it to fund something at the time was most important :D I've got a few things for sale at lower prices than others have sold the same item for yet they still aren't selling, so...

    XT BR-M775 - serviceable?

Actually I was pleasantly surprised that the bleed quote was only £15 per brake - which I was happy to pay, just not the significant upsell...

    XT BR-M775 - serviceable?

OK chaps thanks. 'Modern' bike stuff eh! Already bought a new shock for the bike earlier in the year (c.£300), so I suppose a new set of XT brakes should be bought. Appears I can get a new f&r set for £150  Way cheaper than buying a new bike I suppose!

    XT BR-M775 - serviceable?

I've got a set of these on my Giant Anthem which is in the LBS at the moment, I hoped for a simple brake bleed of the front brake. I wanted them to do the work as I'm always getting boxes from them and spending very little. However they've told me both callipers are leaking and they aren't...

Wanted Tioga handlebar in silver or blue & stem in blue

Edited my hunt for a silver bar as well as / instead of a blue bar as the former might be easier to come by. I bought a black bar but Evri managed to lose it
