It is a Soul. I was interested in this bike as well and I asked the seller what model it was. He said it is a Soul.

Too bad the cups seals aren't available anymore. I couldn't find any info on the right oil either. I ended up using ATF oil and made my own adapter to put air in it. I was also guessing how much oil I needed to put in. So yeah if someone has a manual... :D
