Here’s my 1998 - but not assembled until 2000, Kona Hot. It wasn’t a steal but it’s steel :)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the cut off is 1997. Lovely bike though :cool:
 
My 1983 Ross Force One. I read they used road lugs, must be true if it’s on the net. Higher gearing than later bikes. This model was shown at the 1982 Inter Bike Show in Los Vegas, along with the Specialized and Univega mountain bikes, but the Ross wasn’t sold to the general public until 1983. Someone else owned the Force one trademark so the name was shortly changed. Ross had the first factory sponsored professional mountain bike team, The Ross Indians. IMG_2928.jpeg
