I thought bb30 and ht2 were not compatible unless you use an adapter BB as the axle diameters are different.

My solution to avoiding the rot which I never new existed is to only fit m95x cranks to garage queens. This way they never get exposed to anything that can harm them. Just wondering if this happens to the 110bcd rings too, or exclusive to the integrated spider versions.

I took a risk for sure, but knew I'd be covered by eBay should anything happen. Sometimes bargains are out there, sometimes they turn out not to be.

The fun begins. The terms of the eBay refund were that the item did not have to be returned. The seller has now contacted me asking to send them back as he wants to try and get his money back from whoever he bought them from allegedly. I'd not have accepted the partial if I had to return them...

May not be needed now. After opening case, seller has offered partial refund which is almost full, less their postage cost I'm guessing. Seems the path of least resistance, and I don't have to return them.

The one that looks like a double is a standard outer ring spider with the ring lopped off, making it a double. Do you have any pics of the triple?
